Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Solution Architect with expertise in API Architecture, Microservices, AI-driven Quality Engineering, CI/CD, Enterprise Automation, and UiPath.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining strategic direction for API and Microservices testing, designing enterprise-wide automation solutions, enabling AI-driven testing practices, and ensuring successful implementation across multiple Agile squads.

The candidate will act as the technology leader responsible for API quality, automation governance, CI/CD delivery, architecture compliance, and intelligent automation initiatives while bridging business requirements with technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

API Strategy & Architecture

• Define strategic direction for API and Microservices architecture and testing.
• Architect enterprise-wide API QA solutions covering end-to-end integration testing.
• Design scalable and reusable API automation frameworks.
• Establish standards, governance, and best practices for API testing.
• Ensure implementation of agreed architecture across all delivery squads.
• Drive API quality engineering transformation initiatives.

CI/CD & Automation Leadership

• Own and drive CI/CD architecture and implementation.
• Deliver API solutions integrated with continuous testing pipelines.
• Ensure API call-chain validation across multiple systems and services.
• Build quality gates and automation checkpoints within CI pipelines.
• Drive automation adoption and alignment across all squads.
• Ensure automation milestones are achieved in every sprint.
• Promote code reusability and framework standardization across teams.

AI & Intelligent Automation

• Leverage AI technologies to improve quality engineering outcomes.
• Define and implement AI-enabled testing and automation solutions.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and automation frameworks.
• Drive intelligent automation initiatives using UiPath and related platforms.
• Introduce innovative approaches to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

Solution Design & Technical Leadership

• Design functional and technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Create end-to-end architecture for API, automation, and integration ecosystems.
• Oversee development and implementation across multiple parallel squads.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to Full Stack Engineers and QA teams.
• Review solution designs, code quality, scalability, and performance.
• Resolve complex technical challenges and integration issues.

Delivery Governance

• Ensure adherence to delivery standards, governance processes, and architecture principles.
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and quality metrics.
• Ensure compliance with onsite-offshore delivery models and agreed timelines.
• Drive release readiness and delivery accountability.
• Manage architecture reviews and implementation governance.

Stakeholder Management

• Bridge the gap between business challenges and technology solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners, business users, architects, and delivery teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for requirements, reviews, feedback, and approvals.
• Present architecture recommendations, risks, and strategic roadmaps to senior leadership.

12+ years of overall IT experience.
