Sr Solutions Engineer

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Solutions Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This remote role focuses on helping drive technical sales engagements by translating complex networking, security, and application delivery capabilities into clear business value. The right candidate will partner closely with sales and internal teams to support customer conversations, shape opportunities, and strengthen adoption across the sales cycle. You will also serve as a trusted technical resource for demonstrations, presentations, and customer guidance in a cloud and DevOps-oriented environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $163,400 – $245,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Articulate the company's product strategy and value proposition to customers
• Provide technical expertise through presentations and demonstrations
• Mentor sales teams on the value of the company's solutions
• Identify and map out organizational structures for sales opportunities
• Drive the sales process in collaboration with Account Managers
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the customer lifecycle
• Collaborate with internal teams to share best practices and expertise

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a relevant technical role
• BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Experience as a Sales Engineer
• Knowledge of traffic management and load-balancing technologies
• Familiarity with cloud providers like GCP, AWS, and Azure
• Experience in a DevOps environment
• Strong understanding of networking technologies and Internet security products
