Sr. Solutions Engineer – US Remote, East

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Solutions Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers throughout evaluation, adoption, and expansion, helping them realize strong outcomes from a cybersecurity platform. You will partner closely with technical decision-makers, internal teams, and channel partners to shape customer understanding, support revenue growth, and strengthen market presence. The position also includes executive-level presentations, thought leadership, and the creation of training materials and demos that elevate customer and partner engagement.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $175,000 – $240,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Act as the key technical advisor for enterprise customers during evaluation, adoption, and expansion phases.
• Understand customer needs and align platform capabilities for meaningful outcomes.
• Lead engaging demos and presentations that effectively communicate value to technical and executive audiences.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with partners to drive revenue and broaden market presence.
• Represent the company as a thought leader at industry events and webinars.
• Create high-quality training content and demos for internal teams and partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity, AI, cloud, networking, or a related field.
• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales roles.
• Experience collaborating with technical decision-makers in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Broad technical skills in cybersecurity, cloud architecture, networking, and IT modernization.
• Proven ability to deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences, including C-level executives.
• Passion for public speaking and customer education.
