Sr. Sourcing Supervisor

• Define and drive suppliers’ management strategy to main cost competitive and safe supplying chain to support business development.
• Develop and maintain a robust raw material supplier database to ensure competitive bidding and supply continuity, define supplier’s cost analyzing model as a base.
• Manage supplier relationships and lead regular business reviews to drive performance improvements.
• Lead complex negotiations on contract, pricing, terms, lead times, MOQ/FDQ and payment conditions.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and service standards.
• Assign sourcing projects, monitor team performance, and provide regular feedback.
• Connect with HQ Purchasing and provide insights to global procurement.
• Contribute to the China new project development or transfer project in project stage.
• Track and report key sourcing KPIs
• Be compliance in relationship with suppliers and other stakeholders, and train, coach, monitor team member to do so.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, or a related field, master’s degree is preferable.
• More than 8 years Procurement experience, more than 3 years’ experience as supervisor or leader in leading sourcing team.
• Advanced negotiation experience and well networked.
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies, supplier selection, and contract negotiation.
• Leadership capability to motivate and develop team members.
• Good spoken and written English, ability to communicate effectively.
• Experience in ERP（SAP）Purchasing/materials planning and MRP modules with logic.
• Initiative and able to work independently under pressure.
