Sr. Specialist - AZAY Agency Training and Development (ภาคเหนือ)

About the role

Responsible for the handling of training and development for the Agency group under own responsibility. This position defines the training and development plan, the training needs, the training courses and curriculums, as well as develops training materials and conducts training sessions to the target audiences in the Agency group according to the training plan.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strong support for the Agency Training and Development team under own responsibility
• Define the overall training plan and activities
• Collect and record feedback on existing training courses and curriculum
• Perform analysis and define potential opportunities for improvement, provide recommendations related to agency training programs
• Develop professional training materials based on training design for the agency under own responsibility
• Review accuracy and completeness of training contents to ensure they support defined training objectives
• Track and monitor to ensure all training materials and tools are aligned with Corporate Brand Identity and are user-friendly
• Execute training plans assigned by the team leader
• Arrange and deliver training and development programs for target audiences in Agency group according to training schedule
• Ensure quality of training delivery and achievement of set training objectives

About you

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Training and Development, Sales/Distribution, Sales Support, Sales Communications, or other related fields in banking
• IC License required
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Training and Development, or other related field
• AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot 365 will be an advantage
