About the role

The Provision Agent is the lifeline between the ships and the supplier. The incumbent's primary function is to manage and carry out the purchase order management for food, beverage and hotel items for their assigned vessels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and carry out purchase order management for food, beverage and hotel items for assigned vessels
• Follow up on purchase orders
• Research problematic purchase orders
• Resolution of problematic purchase orders
