Role Summary

Responsible for managing day-to-day lime plant operations, production, manpower, equipment coordination, quality, safety, and achieving shift-wise production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily plant and shift operations.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
• Manage manpower deployment and shift activities.
• Monitor machinery and coordinate with Maintenance for breakdowns.
• Monitor raw material consumption and production efficiency.
• Maintain production records and shift-wise MIS.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping, and SOP compliance.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments.
• Identify operational issues and support process improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Production, or related field.

Experience Industry Background

• 2 years of experience in plant/production operations.
• Experience in Lime, Minerals, Cement, AAC, or Building Materials preferred.
