• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive product validation test plans and strategies aligned with organizational objectives

• Mentor and guide junior validation engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence

• 15+ years of experience in product validation, quality assurance, or software testing

• Proven expertise in designing and implementing test automation frameworks and scripting languages

• Strong proficiency in defect tracking tools and test management platforms

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate complex technical issues

• Demonstrated experience with performance, load, and functional testing methodologies

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes and CI/CD pipeline integration

• Experience mentoring and leading validation engineering teams

• Excellent technical documentation and communication skills
