Sr Supervisor - B2B Sales

We are looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead a high-impact B2B Customer Success operation within a strategic enterprise account.

The Sales Sup is responsible for overseeing a team of 10 advisors who engage dealers and end customers to drive adoption of digital tools and applications. You will be accountable for team performance through customer success motions (outreach, onboarding, adoption and voice of the customer), with a strong focus on improving connection rates and reducing unsubscribe rates.

This role goes beyond day-to-day people management. You will drive productivity, develop data-based strategies, manage escalations, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholder.

Requirments:

• 3+ years of experience in a Manager / People Leadership role.

• 2+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or Application Support.

• Experience presenting to clients and stakeholders (MBRs, WBRs).

• Proven track record of improving team productivity in a high-volume, case-based environment.

• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, able to turn data into action plans.

• Excellent coaching history and a record of developing and retaining great employees.

• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

• Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate confidently with US stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
