Sr. Supply Chain Specialist

Responsible for overseeing the service and support activities within the warehouse operations. You will ensure that all service and support processes are executed efficiently and effectively, meeting customer expectations and business objectives. You will assist in providing leadership and guidance to the team, monitor performance metrics, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency.

Duties and responsibilities

1. Prepares and analyzes reports and presentations on supply chain service and support performance metrics, including service levels, customer satisfaction, and team productivity.

2. Ensures accuracy and timeliness of reports and provide insights to senior management

3. Maintains accurate documentation of supply chain service and support processes, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.

4. Develops new metrics or reporting processes to meet business needs.

5. Develops and maintains an effective communication plan to keep all stakeholders informed of changes within the department.

6. Collaborates with other departments to share insights and findings.

7. Monitor inventory movements and reconcile discrepancies when identified.

8. Ensures compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and customer requirements.

9. Conduct diagnostic analysis, identify opportunities that positively impact quality, cost, delivery excellence, and customer satisfaction, and present action plan to management

10. Maintain accurate transaction and service performance records.

11. Undertakes special assignments or tasks related to supply chain service and support as assigned by the management.

12. Complies with the Company’s Quality Management System

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
• At least 3-4 years work experience in any industry handling projects and process excellence related work.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, and customer service principles.
• Proficiency in using supply chain management software and MS Office Suite.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
