What they need
- With at least 3-5 years of working experience in survey work in high-rise building.
- Leads site surveys during planning to verify project plan accuracy, ensuring they follow proper methods and project requirements.
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS (Geographic Information Systems) software for data analysis.
- Flexible can split their time equally between fieldwork (taking physical measurements) and office work (analyzing data, preparing reports, and attending project coordination meetings)
- Prepare survey reports, as-built drawings, and measurement records.
- Know how to read plans and can identify discrepancies or errors in plans and report them to the project team.
- A team player with good interpersonal skills.
