Ensure continuous functionality of email, internet, ERP systems, and data programs, including regular backups. Work with cross-functional teams to align business needs with effective ERP system configurations. Provide user support, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate with third-party vendors when needed, while developing tools to streamline workflows and creating documentation to educate users on system use and best practices.
Qualifications
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- With at least 2 years of experience in system administration.
