Sr Systems Administrator

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, network devices, and peripherals.
• Provide technical support to end-users on software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure data security by implementing firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security measures.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to hardware and software failures.

Job Requirements :

• 4-8 years of experience in system administration with expertise in Active Directory.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP) and ability to configure networks using various operating systems (Windows).
• Proficiency in installing/configuring software applications such as Mac OS X Server.
• Experience with troubleshooting techniques for identifying root causes of problems.
