Sr. TA Manager

该职位来源于猎聘 Job Element Wt % Specific Duty 1) Design and Implement Talent Acquisition Plan 50% A) Driving forecast demand and demand planning discussions. B) Develop recruitment and placement policies, systems, and procedures, including strategies and selection techniques. C) Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs. D) Design and execute TA strategies and best practice to source, attract, assess and hire qualified candidates across the business. E) Manage day-to-day TA activities, including hiring plan, pipeline & SLA management, TA related Compliance issues, ensure high level recruitment operational efficiency. F) Coordinate internal job posting program and internal referral process. G) Plan, design and implement the campus recruitment project. H) Manage the interview & selection process in compliance with company standard “Selecting the Best”. I) Negotiating and manage verbal offers with candidates & coordinate new employee onboarding process. J) Keep interaction with new employees throughout probation period to ensure new employees well adapted to their job role & working environment. 2) Manage and Develop Recruiting Recourses/Channels

15% A) Manages and develops recruitment channels independently and effectively. B) Refine Sourcing strategy, innovate talent acquisition channel (Social media, talent community building and etc). C) Establish and maintain contacts with employment sources, such as colleges, employment agencies, search firms, and trade associations. D) Supervise and monitor all vendors. E) Analyze and evaluate the recruitment channels regularly, and propose the recruitment channel strategies suitable for enterprises. 3) Employer Brand Management

15% A) Recommend ways to improve our employer brand. B) Plan and execute on Employer Branding for Professional and Campus C) Manage the school relationship, work as the interface with selected schools to contribute to employer branding. 4) Talent Information Management 5% A) Build a talent pool and maintain talent information. B) Gather and analyze competitive industry information regarding salary, benefits, and employment practices. C) Work with other sites recruiting manager to collect the related recruiting data regularly. D) Make the completed report and send it to Management Leaders. E) Make sure all data is correct. 5) Human Resources / Administrative 5% A) An ESGP is co-developed and pursued. B) Department information systems, records, reports and metrics are accurate and generated on time. C) Company policy is followed regarding all safety, environmental, quality and ergonomic requirements. D) Company Technology Control Plan, IP protection and Export Compliance requirements are understood and properly followed. E) Relevant SOX, IT and Quality procedures are understood and properly executed. F) Responsible for maintaining a quality work environment. G) Maintains a positive attitude and is cooperative in working with others. H) Adapts readily to changes in work caused by new requirements and/or situations. I) A high standard of ethics, professionalism, competency, and quality is established and maintained. J) Role model for Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction and Business Results. 6) Special Assignments 10% A) Support special projects as required. B) Report on projects and make recommendations to upper Management.
