About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment across non-IT, technical, project and site requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
• Handle non-IT and bulk hiring for technical, project, site and support functions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and recruitment agencies.
• Screen, shortlist and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage offer negotiations, candidate follow-ups and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Partner with business leaders to understand manpower needs and ensure timely closures.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
