Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Allocate leads and monitor team performance.
• Guide team members on calling, follow-ups, and client handling.
• Monitor daily sales activities and prepare performance reports.
• Train and motivate team members to improve productivity.
• Handle customer queries and support the team in closing deals.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients.
• Coordinate with management regarding targets and team performance.

Experience:

• Loan officer: 2 years (Preferred)
• b2b sales : 3 years (Preferred)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Loan processing: 3 years (Preferred)
• B2B sales: 2 years (Preferred)
• Lead generation: 2 years (Preferred)
• Inside sales: 1 year (Preferred)
