Sr. Tech Support Engineer L2/L3

We are hiring! Grace Technologies & Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Tech Support Engineer L2/L3 to join our team at our Nagpur Head Office .

Key Responsibilities & Required Expertise:

• Hardware & Infrastructure: Strong hands-on experience with HPE and Dell Servers (hardware configuration, RAID, and maintenance).
• Virtualization: Deep understanding of VMware vSphere / Microsoft Hyper-V environments.
• Core OS & Identity: Advanced administration of Windows Server OS, Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), and Group Policy Management.
• Networking Services: Proficient in managing DNS, DHCP, and related network infrastructure solutions.
• Backup & Recovery: Proven experience with enterprise backup solutions (e.g., Veeam, Veritas) and disaster recovery planning.
• Troubleshooting: Ability to resolve complex L2/L3 infrastructure issues independently and provide technical leadership.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in IT infrastructure and technical support.
• Location: Must be willing to work full-time at our Nagpur Head Office.
• Communication: Strong communication and documentation skills.
