Sr Tech Support Executives - II

• Lead a team of 2 or more Tech Support Executives
• Provide prompt and accurate technical support to customers via chat, email, and other channels like Phone as needed.
• Be the first point of escalation for any participant queries/technical issues
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues, leveraging your deep technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Escalate critical issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up for resolution.
• Document technical solutions and share knowledge with other support members for continuous improvement.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve support processes and suggest enhancements.
• Quality Assurance for Tickets
• Training the new Executives in the Team
• Identify user needs and help them use specific features
• Gather user feedback and share with the lead so it can be shared with Product, Sales and Marketing teams
