Sr Technical Analyst – GPO Engineer

Responsibilities

∙Lead design, architecture, and governance of Group Policy within Microsoft Active Directory

environments

∙Define and implement enterprise-wide policy strategy across Windows 10 and Windows 11 endpoints

∙Drive modernization efforts, including GPO-to-Microsoft Intune migration and co-management strategies

∙Administer GPO using Quest GPOADmin

∙Establish and enforce security baselines aligned with Center for Internet Security benchmarks, STIG, and

NIST frameworks

∙Lead compliance initiatives using Tanium Comply for assessment and Tanium Enforce for remediation

∙Troubleshoot complex GPO/MDM issues (inheritance conflicts, policy overlap, hybrid identity challenges)

∙Architect OU structures, group strategy, and policy scoping for large-scale environments

∙Develop automation and reporting solutions using PowerShell

∙Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers, and reviewing change implementations

∙Partner with security and audit teams to ensure continuous compliance and audit readiness

Experience & Requirements

∙7–10+ years of experience in endpoint engineering, Group Policy, and enterprise Windows environments

∙Deep expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Group Policy, and Microsoft Intune

∙Strong experience managing Windows Server and endpoints running Windows 10 / Windows 11

∙Hands-on experience with Quest GPOADmin and Tanium (Comply & Enforce modules)

∙Advanced proficiency in PowerShell for automation, reporting, and configuration management

∙Strong understanding of security frameworks including Center for Internet Security benchmarks, STIG,

and NIST, with proven experience enforcing compliance at scale

∙Experience with hybrid identity (Azure AD / Entra ID), conditional access, and device compliance policies

∙Proven ability to design scalable policy architecture and lead enterprise-level initiatives

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,600,000.00 per year
