Sr. Technical Center Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： Outside technical supporting 1.) Provide profession technology and solution to help customers/distributors to solve problems. 2.) Technical support to new customer installation, including but not limited to process parameter recommendation, equipment and etc. 3.) Support customer with environment regulations and OEM standard requirement, answer customer’s question on product technical parameters. 4.) Assist for screen sales training and dealer training. Complaints dealing 1.) Address & follow up on customer complaints, ensure the customer complaints are addressed & treated on time.

• Carry out tests for customers’ samples and provide recommendations. 3.) Help customer solve complained issues. New project supporting 1.) Response to localization of new product, work as a communication liaison to sister companies for localization projects to ensure complete information is obtained to launch and execute projects. 2.) Identify all the actives needed for achieving the project in terms of time, cost and quality. 3.) Coordinate purchaser, QC & industrialization team to achieve the project. 4.) Response to evaluate the performance of new products made in Suzhou. 5.) Arrange new product customer sides field tests and Follow up customer sides field tests and follow up the feedback from sales & customer side to learn if product meet customer requirement.
• Work together with R&D team on product developing and modification. 7.) Finish the project and forward to facility as normal production. Internal facility Production supporting 1.) Analysis & collect production failure case, assist production to make continues improvement.
• Set up necessary performance evaluation tests to monitor production when quality unstable. 3.) Co-audit of production & QC with Wangate colleague & make improve recommendation. 4. Manage technical central 1.) Mange & ensure the documentation of all technical procedures is well kept & circulate to authorized person. 2.) Assure the technical central is well maintained at high operation level.
