Sr. Technical Delivery Manager (General)

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Technical Delivery Manager (General) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will lead the delivery of complex enterprise transformation initiatives, ensuring governance, execution discipline, and clear communication across multiple teams. The position will partner closely with customer executives and internal cross-functional stakeholders to manage risk, resolve issues, and drive alignment throughout the program lifecycle. Success in this role will depend on strong financial oversight, commercial awareness, and the ability to keep large-scale customer-facing workstreams moving toward agreed outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $200,000 – $220,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across complex enterprise transformation initiatives
• Establish governance structures, operating cadence, and executive communication plans
• Manage program risks, issues, escalations, and dependencies
• Partner with customer executives and cross-functional teams
• Facilitate executive reviews and delivery governance sessions
• Drive accountability across multiple teams and workstreams
• Manage financial performance and delivery forecasts

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise technology delivery experience
• 5+ years leading large-scale customer-facing programs
• Experience managing executive customer relationships
• Strong governance, risk management, and escalation leadership experience
• Experience delivering complex infrastructure or transformation initiatives
• Demonstrated financial accountability and commercial awareness
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills
