Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Editor with experience in the ePublishing/publishing industry. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and refining manuscripts to meet publisher standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and readiness for downstream production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform technical editing of manuscripts to ensure compliance with publisher and project guidelines.
• Review and standardize structure, formatting, and content consistency.
• Handle equations, references, figures, tables, and cross-references accurately.
• Ensure adherence to style guides (APA, Chicago, MLA, etc.).
• Prepare manuscripts for typesetting, conversion, and digital publishing workflows.
• Work closely with project managers, editors, and production teams.
• Identify and resolve formatting and structural issues.
• Maintain high quality standards and turnaround time.
