What they need
KEY REQUIREMENTS
At least 7 years of experience in Power Platform, especially Power BI.
Experience and knowledge in Power Apps and Power Automate.
PL-300 and PL-900 certified.
Proven leadership and coaching experience.
Able to identify reporting solutions and automations, and drive process improvements based on client requirements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement; consistent catch-ups with the business unit.
Thought leadership required; comfortable partnering directly with a client business unit.
NICE-TO-HAVES (Preferred)
- Knowledge in project management.
- Advanced Power BI skills (DAX, dataflows, semantic models).
- Exposure to enterprise data platforms and data modeling.
- Experience presenting insights to senior business stakeholders.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Prior experience supporting a global business unit.
