Sr. Technical Product Manager, AI & Analytics

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Technical Product Manager, AI & Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will shape the strategy and roadmap for a data and insights platform that supports modernization across pharmacy systems. The position will partner closely with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, governed AI-enabled capabilities that improve customer outcomes and operational performance. It is an opportunity to guide product innovation in a highly regulated enterprise environment while translating technical complexity into practical solutions.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $116,200 – $193,600 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for the data and insights platform
• Define and drive the platform vision aligned with pharmacy systems modernization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product commitments
• Establish requirements for AI solutions ensuring scalability and governance
• Monitor product performance and customer outcomes for continuous improvement
• Prioritize the backlog based on customer feedback and market analysis
• Drive the evolution of the platform into a cloud-native, AI-enabled product

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management or related fields
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, automation, and analytics
• Experience with SaaS and enterprise software products
• Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-facing solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in regulated enterprise environments
• Familiarity with pharmacy management systems is a plus
