Sr Technical Program Management - Carrier Engagement Team

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Technical Program Management - Carrier Engagement Team to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will lead complex technical and operational programs that connect external carrier partners with internal teams and systems. The position is focused on driving carrier onboarding, integration, and readiness while ensuring execution stays aligned with business objectives and customer impact. You will work across technology, operations, and business stakeholders to resolve escalations, improve performance, and support scalable partner engagement.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives as the primary liaison with external carrier partners
• Own the end-to-end carrier onboarding and integration process
• Drive large-scale cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams
• Translate business objectives into actionable plans for technical integration
• Monitor operational readiness and drive continuous performance improvements
• Manage critical escalations and resolve customer-impacting issues efficiently
• Provide data-driven insights to influence strategic decisions

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in Technical Program Management or related roles
• Successful track record in leading cross-functional initiatives involving technology and operations
• Strong knowledge of APIs and software development lifecycles
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Deep understanding of domestic and international transportation networks
