What they need

Mark Anthony Group is an entrepreneurial drinks company, built from the ground up by thinking differently, innovating and doing the unexpected. Our company is rooted in family values, a bold vision and relentless determination to continuously raise the bar and make a positive difference in consumers' lives. Founded in 1972, we’ve grown organically from a one-person import wine business into an international drinks company whose hallmarks include a portfolio of luxury wineries and iconic beverage brands, including White Claw® Hard Seltzer, Mike’s Hard Lemonade, and Cayman Jack.

A technical project manager who drives the delivery of MAB's OT project portfolio across sites, working in close partnership with the Senior OT Program Manager — who holds the architecture, solution design, and business analysis role. This is primarily a PM role backed by strong OT technical depth (Digital Transformation, IIoT / Industry 4.0 & 5.0, Ignition, DevOps) — enough to scope work, challenge vendors, and manage technical risk without doing the build, which is delivered by engineers and vendor partners. Thrives in a rapid-pace, multi-project environment where outcome matters more than perfect execution.

Accountabilities:

  • Delivery of the OT project portfolio across both sites — scope, schedule, budget, quality.
  • Manage vendors/contractors and internal engineers to keep multiple concurrent projects moving to completion.
  • Project risk, issue, and change management using a hybrid Waterfall/Agile approach.
  • Prepare business-facing communications (project updates, training schedules, test sessions) for delivery to users primarily through the Senior OT Program Manager.
  • Champion DevOps practices across OT delivery.
  • Lead and develop assigned OT Application Engineers.

Key Metrics & Financial Targets:

  • On-time delivery of project milestones.
  • Budget adherence (variance within approved thresholds).
  • Business sign-off / solution acceptance on delivered projects.
  • Vendor delivery performance

Own:

  • Project planning, scheduling, and day-to-day delivery decisions within approved scope and budget.
  • Direction of daily project activities for engineers and vendor/contractor resources.

Influence:

  • Vendor resourcing, and technical solution direction.
  • OT standards, documentation, and DevOps adoption across the team

Veto:

  • Acceptance of vendor deliverables and project-level change requests within delegated thresholds.
  • Go/no-go on project readiness for commissioning and handover.

Critical Relationships:

  • OT Application Engineers, vendors/solution integrators, IT, Cybersecurity, D&A, and business units.
  • Senior OT Program Manager (architect / solution designer / BA) — frequent joint sessions, shared delivery outcomes, primary channel to the business

Skills Needed To Be Successful:

  • Bachelor's degree — or equivalent experience.
  • 8–10 years in OT/automation, IT/OT — or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years managing OT/IT or automation projects in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong OT technical background to lead technical conversations and oversee engineers and vendors.
  • Knowledge of Digital Transformation, IIoT, Industry 4.0/5.0, and Ignition platform.
  • Hybrid Waterfall/Agile delivery with strong risk, change, and vendor relationship.
  • Comfort operating at pace across multiple simultaneous projects, prioritizing outcomes over perfect execution.
  • Strong partnering style — works hand-in-hand with the Program Manager.
  • Excellent communication and materials preparation.
  • Preferred: PMP (or equivalent) and Ignition certification; DevOps and AI exposure.

Extraordinary Leadership Expectations:

Set direction and unblock delivery decisively in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Balance capacity across concurrent projects and make pragmatic trade-offs that protect the outcome.

Develop the OT engineering team and build a delivery-focused, continuous-improvement culture.

Strong and Effective communication Skills

What You Will Learn In This Role:

  • An In-depth understanding of IT OT convergence. Including integration points, interactions, protocols and best practices.
  • MAB's production and business processes, deepening OT delivery judgment.
  • Enterprise, multi-site OT delivery leadership and a path toward program-level ownership.
  • Maturing OT practices — IIoT, Industry 4.0/5.0, Ignition, and DevOps — as the estate grows

Compensation:

Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions’ location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.

  • Competitive annual salary $103,000 - $129,000 in Chicago, IL
  • Bonus plan designed to recognize company performance and individual contributions
  • Comprehensive health and welfare benefits
  • Company matching 401(k) contributions
  • Paid time off including annual leave, paid sick time and holidays
  • Extensive opportunities for training, development, and career growth
