Role Overview
We're hiring a Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for our US clients. You will report directly to our Hiring Manager in the US and work on US time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for US clients across technical and non-technical roles
• Understand client requirements and work directly with US stakeholders
• Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed) and internal databases
• Screen candidates on skills, experience, work authorization, rate/salary expectations and availability
• Submit qualified profiles, then coordinate interviews, follow-ups and offers
• Negotiate rates and salaries, and handle W2, C2C and 1099 hiring models
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and daily reports in the ATS or tracker
• Send daily and weekly updates to the US manager and meet submission and closure targets

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in US IT / technical recruitment (freshers with excellent communication may apply)
• Excellent spoken and written English, comfortable on calls with US clients and candidates
• Understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, EAD, OPT/CPT) and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Familiarity with job boards, Boolean search and LinkedIn sourcing
• Comfortable working night shifts aligned to US business hours
• Target-driven, organized and able to work independently with a remote manager

Preferred

• Experience recruiting for US clients or a US staffing firm
• Exposure to ATS tools (Ceipal, JobDiva, Bullhorn or similar)

What We Offer

• Salary: ₹25,000 per month
• Direct exposure to US clients and US leadership
• Fixed shift: [6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST], Monday to Friday
• Performance-based incentives [if applicable]
• Growth path to Senior Recruiter / Team Lead

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
