Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to address them.
- Conduct full-stack development interviews using various tools such as NET, Cloud, Data, Full Stack technologies.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet client expectations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in IT Recruitment or related field (Talent Acquisition/Consultancy).
- Proven track record of successful end-to-end recruitment management with expertise in SAP systems.
