Sr. Technical Service Engineer(PCB 电镀)

该职位来源于猎聘 Job Purpose: Provides general Technical Support to PCB/FPC customers, which includes recommend product operating parameters; troubleshoot bath/process/consumption issues. Support sales to develop new business and meet the growth requirement of the company. 作为技术服务人员为PCB/FPC客户提供产品技术支持，包括推荐产品参数，维持药水槽良好运行状态；制程/消耗异常处理；支持销售开发新业务，满足公司业务增长需求等 工作职责：

• General line audit and improvement. 协助客户对相关生产线定期稽核、持续改善
• Troubleshooting of Bath Issues and Process Issues. 药水&/相关制程异常分析和处理
• Consumption analysis and improvement. 药水消耗分析及改善
• Market and customer information collection. 收集和反馈市场及客户需求
• Trial of Established or New Products. 协助产品部门进行新产品上线测试
• New line implement and relative assistant. 提供新开线前期指导和开线技术支持
• Assist all relatives to the sales to get a new customer. 协助开发新客户
• Perform new staff technical training. 为新员工提供技术培训
• Assist QC/QA to deal with the customer complaint. 协助质量部门处理客户投诉
• Assist chemicals delivery for emergency required. 协助紧急情况下的产品发货及运输
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned by the manager. 完成上级经理安排的其他相关工作 任职要求： - 化学、化工或相关专业本科学历 - 5年以上PCB药水供应商或PCB板厂经验，熟悉线路板电镀、表面处理等工艺 - 工作态度积极，具备良好的客户服务意识 - 良好的沟通及英语读写能力，熟练操作Office办公软件
