Sr. Technical Trainer

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Technical Trainer to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will design and deliver technical learning experiences that help customers and internal stakeholders build confidence with complex electrical distribution equipment and related applications. You will partner closely with subject matter experts to assess learning needs, create effective training content, and ensure programs are delivered in a way that supports strong customer outcomes. This is a highly interactive role that blends instructional delivery, content development, and operational coordination across both virtual and in-person formats.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,500 – $160,800 annually

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the training journey
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs
• Lead a hybrid model of training with subject matter experts for effective program delivery
• Develop training materials and coordinate logistics for sessions
• Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions effectively
• Gather feedback to assess training effectiveness and improve content

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the electrical and/or technical industry
• Knowledge of electrical distribution system equipment and applications
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
• Willing to travel up to 30% across North America
• Authorized to work in the US
