Location: Kundli, Sonipat
Job Role
We are looking for an Injection Moulding Technician with good hands-on experience in plastic injection moulding.
Main Responsibilities
- Operate and set injection moulding machines.
- Change moulds and start production.
- Troubleshoot machine and process problems.
- Handle hot runner moulds.
- Work on machines like Shibaura, Toshiba, Ferromatik Milacron and L&T.
- Handle liner cap assembly or similar injection moulding work.
- Work with Production and Quality teams.
- Work in shifts as required.
Required Qualification
- Diploma in Plastic Engineering / PGD-PPT / CIPET / relevant ITI.
Required Experience
- Minimum 5+ years and hands-on experience in Injection Moulding.
- Plastic industry experience preferred.
- Experience in mould changing, machine setting and troubleshooting is required.
