Responsibilities

Requirement Analysis & Solution Design

• Engage with stakeholders to gather business requirements and perform GAP-Fit analysis.
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Design scalable solutions aligned with industry best practices.

Implementation Configuration

• Configure Business Central modules (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Projects, etc.).
• Set up workflows, dimensions, VAT, and compliance-related features.
• Support data migration, integration, and testing activities.

Technical Development

• Customize Business Central using AL language and extensions.
• Develop integrations using APIs, OData, and third-party connectors.
• Create reports and dashboards using Power BI and Business Central reporting tools.

Support Training

• Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot functional/technical issues.
• Train end-users and prepare documentation for processes and customizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth adoption.

Required Skills/Experience

• Strong functional knowledge of ERP processes: Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Projects.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in AL development, extensions, and customization.
• Experience with integrations (API, OData, EDI) and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and localization (VAT, GST, SAF-T, etc.).
