Sr. Technologist-Electronics

该职位来源于猎聘 Accountabilities Support the development and integration of embedded systems, sensors, and display modules during the product design & development phases.

Assist in the design, prototyping, and validation of embedded system, sensor-based electronic subsystems, ensuring alignment with product requirements.

Collaborate with firmware and software teams to define sensor and display interfaces, data acquisition strategies, and signal processing algorithms.

Evaluate and integrate various types of sensors (e.g., temperature, pressure, motion, proximity) to ensure accuracy, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

Develop and debug display solutions using a range of technologies including OLED, LCD, TFT, PMOLED, AMOLED, and flexible displays.

Contribute to display content design and optimization to ensure high-quality UI/UX rendering on target hardware.

Work with suppliers and manufacturing teams to optimize electronic designs for manufacturability (DFM), cost, and quality.

Maintain comprehensive documentation including design specifications, test reports, and integration guidelines.

Collaborate with the LEX team to ensure new technologies are protected under the company’s IP strategy.

Experience, Skills, Knowledge Experience Required

Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in embedded systems development, preferably in consumer electronics.

Proven experience in sensor integration including selection, interfacing, calibration, and application development.

Strong experience in developing and debugging display modules across various technologies (OLED, LCD, TFT, etc.).

Familiarity with EMC, electrical safety, and regulatory compliance for electronic devices.

Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Proficiency with hardware debugging tools (e.g., oscilloscope, logic analyzer) and sensor/display evaluation kits.

Ability to interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and technical datasheets.

Experience with CAD tools (e.g., Altium Designer) is a plus.

Familiarity with low-power design techniques and sensor fusion algorithms is advantageous.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Embedded Systems, or a related field.

Industry experience in embedded product development and sensor/display technology applications.
