Sr. Technology Project Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Technology Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology initiatives from initiation through closure, establishing clear outcomes and success measures
• Create and maintain integrated delivery plans aligning cross-functional workstreams and resources
• Own project governance artifacts, including scope, schedules, and decision records
• Drive accountability for deliverables; identify risks and escalate with context
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies while upholding enterprise governance
• Maintain accurate JIRA and Confluence records and reporting
• Translate technical information into decision-oriented communications for stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 15+ years of Technical Project Management experience
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience
• Experience managing software development and enterprise technology initiatives
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
