Job Description

Abaam IHM Institute is looking for an experienced, confident, and results-driven Telecaller with excellent communication and sales conversion skills. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students using leads provided by the institute, explaining our courses, following up with interested candidates, and converting leads into confirmed admissions.

We are looking for someone who is smart, persuasive, proactive, and passionate about achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students using leads provided by the institute.
• Explain the institute's courses, course benefits, fees, and admission procedures clearly.
• Convert potential leads into confirmed student admissions.
• Follow up consistently with interested students to close admissions.
• Build trust with prospective students and guide them in selecting suitable courses.
• Handle student enquiries, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and admission conversions.
• Meet monthly admission and sales conversion targets.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead conversion rates and increase admissions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, counselling, or admission sales is mandatory.
• Proven ability to convert leads into sales or confirmed admissions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
