Sr. Tender Executive

Job Description-

Urgent requirement for Tender executive Job in navi mumbai.

• Min. 2 years relevant experience required.
• Responsible to prepare all required documents.
• Tender Tracking & Analysis: Monitor portals (such as GeM or private platforms) to identify relevant bids, read documents, and assess eligibility criteria.
• Documentation & Compilation: Gather technical specifications, commercial details, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and compliance checklists.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with internal engineering, finance, legal, and sales teams to collect necessary inputs, approvals, and pricing details.
• Quality & Risk Control: Check documents meticulously to ensure zero disqualifications due to administrative or technical errors.
• Record Keeping: Maintain updated tender trackers, logs, and secure filing systems for active and submitted bids.

Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in managing multiple deadlines and tracking document revisions.
Familiarity with e-tendering portals, MS Office, and basic contract terminology.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
