Job Title: Electrical Test Manager

Group: Cochin Validation Lab

**Job Summary:**We are seeking an Experienced and Innovative Electrical Test Engineer to join our Cochin Validation Lab Team. In this role, he will be responsible for conducting and reporting Product Qualification Test and R& D validation tests based on the Internal, International IEC / EIA standard

Responsibilities:

· Review of the Spec. received by the Customer / Product Spec

· Check the feasibility for Conducting the Test based on the available capability

· Verify and Validate the test set up

· Reporting and validating of the Test Result

· Design Fixtures required for the Product Testing

· Works with Customer to Identify special needs for the test

· Collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to define requirements and interpret test outcomes.

· Maintaining and Calibrating vibration test equipment.

Qualifications , Experience & Skills :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Master’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience working in test lab addressing Electrical , Mechanical & Environmental Tests
• Hands-on experience with test equipment, set up
• Solid understanding and Knowledge on the all the Product testing Standards – EIA , IEC standards for connector application
• Experience in product testing, validation processes, and qualification protocols.
• Strong Skills in the Failure Analysis
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present technical information to global customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of global industry standards and regulatory certifications (e.g., UL, IEC, EIA).
• High technical aptitude and willingness to continually learn and adapt to new technologies.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
