JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform functional and manual testing of Finacle LOS / Loan Origination applications. Understand business requirements and prepare: Test scenarios Test cases Test data Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) Execute SIT, functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing. Validate complete lending workflows, including: Customer onboarding Loan application creation KYC and document verification Eligibility assessment Credit bureau checks Credit appraisal and underwriting Approval and deviation workflows Sanction Collateral/security details Documentation Disbursement Post-disbursement validations Perform positive, negative, boundary, and exception scenario testing. Validate integrations between Finacle LOS, Core Banking, external APIs, credit bureaus, KYC systems, document management systems, and other downstream applications. Perform API testing using tools such as Postman where applicable. Validate data flow between LOS and integrated systems. Perform database/backend validation using SQL where required. Verify lending-related financial and accounting entries generated through transactions. Log, track, retest, and close defects using defect-management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps. Participate in defect triage meetings and coordinate with development, business, and functional teams. Support business users during UAT and production/release validation. Mandatory Skills Strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing. Experience working on Finacle LOS / Finacle Origination in the banking domain. Strong understanding of Loan Origination System and end-to-end lending lifecycle. Experience testing lending products
