Job description:

Experience required: 6-10 years

Key Responsibilities

• System Test Architecture (STA)
• Contribute to the creation and execution of System Test Strategies for complex enterprise programs.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to identify test scope, dependencies, risks, and quality gates.
• Define execution models for SIT and E2E testing activities.
• Collaborate with development, product, architecture, and testing teams to ensure end-to-end quality coverage.
• Support quality governance activities including traceability, risk assessments, and go/no-go recommendations.
• Test Automation
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks.
• Automate Web UI, API, Integration, and E2E test scenarios.
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Improve automation coverage, execution stability, and reporting capabilities.
• Develop reusable utilities, simulators, mocks, and test data generation solutions.
• Testing Quality Engineering
• Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and End-to-End testing.
• Participate in requirement reviews and test planning activities.
• Define comprehensive test scenarios covering positive, negative, boundary, and failure conditions.
• Perform defect triage, root cause analysis, and verification.
• Track and report test execution metrics, automation progress, and quality KPIs.
• Collaboration Leadership
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify testing dependencies and environment requirements.
• Mentor junior testers and promote automation best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and quality governance reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and quality.
