Sr. Transmission Line Project Manager - Remote

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Transmission Line Project Manager - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $145,400 – $259,100 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for high voltage and EHV Transmission Line projects
• Develop and foster strategies to engage project stakeholders
• Participate in and lead contract negotiations and client presentations
• Manage and guide performance of assigned staff
• Ensure regular client communications and project updates

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 12+ years of relevant post-education experience in project management
• 3+ years leading engineering/construction teams for medium to large electrical utility scale clients
• Strong knowledge of project management processes and tools including Contract Management and Risk Management
• Proficient in analytical, organizational, and communication skills
