Sr. UIUX Designer

Role Overview We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to raise the bar on design quality across our websites and products. You’ll own the end-to-end design process — from research and wireframing to polished, accessible interfaces — and help build the design systems that keep our products consistent as we scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma and FigJam
• Build and maintain design systems and component libraries
• Design responsive web experiences and mobile app interfaces (iOS HIG, Material Design)
• Design meaningful interactions and micro-animations that enhance usability
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Analyze user behavior using Microsoft Clarity and heatmap tools to identify friction points
• Prepare clean, well-documented designs for developer handoff
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers throughout the design process
• Present design rationale and iterate based on stakeholder and user feedback

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field; equivalent practical experience is welcome.
