Location : India / Remote (Coimbatore Candidates Only)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of experience in US staffing. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating IT candidates for US-based client requirements.

Responsibilities:

Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other job portals. Review resumes and match candidates with technical job requirements. Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification calls. Understand basic US visa categories, work authorization, and employment types. Maintain and update candidate information in ATS/CRM systems. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. Negotiate compensation and confirm candidate availability. Meet daily/weekly sourcing and submission targets. Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Required Skills:

6 months–1 year of experience in US IT Recruitment/Staffing. Basic understanding of US IT recruiting and staffing processes. Good knowledge of technical skills and IT job requirements. Experience with Boolean search and resume sourcing. Familiarity with Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar job portals. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong follow-up and candidate engagement skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Willingness to work in US time zones/night shifts. Key Skills:
