Sr. US IT Recruiter

Position- Technical Recruiter / IT Recruiter

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• You should have min 3+ years of work experience in recruitment (IT) for US staffing.

• You should have master-level experience in various sourcing techniques like Dice, Monster, Linkedin.

• You should have a thorough knowledge of US tax terms like W2, c2c, 1099.

• You should have a thorough knowledge of US visa types and work authorizations
  ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The recruiter will be responsible for end to end recruitment for US staffing

• Should submit daily reports of the KRA as mandated

• Approaching candidates to procure their resumes and understand more about their role.

• Understanding the Job description for roles.

• Research and recommend new sources for active and PASSIVE candidate recruiting.
  -Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.

• Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.

Work Onsite (Banjara Hills, Hyderabad)

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Pay: ₹403,039.00 - ₹867,054.00 per year
