Sr. Utility Supervisor

About the role

Sr. Utility Supervisor at PT. Pacific Bio Industry in Kijing, Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. The role involves supporting the Utility Superintendent in managing budgeting, cost monitoring, plant performance, meetings, data analysis, and improvement initiatives. You will oversee daily operations of Desalination Plant, WWTP, STP, Boiler, and Power Generation & Distribution systems.

Requirements :

• Minimum S1 degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience as Supervisor in manufacturing, Power Plant, Oil & Gas, Mining, or similar industries
• Understanding of Utility operations including Desalination Plant, WWTP, STP, Boiler, and Power Generation & Distribution
• Good Indonesian language proficiency and active English language skills, both spoken and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and data analysis needs
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities
• Responsible, disciplined, honest, creative, and persistent
• Able to make quick and accurate decisions in abnormal or emergency conditions
• Understanding of K3, environmental management, SMK3, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and other compliance standards
