Sr. Value Consultant

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Value Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will focus on helping financial institution clients realize measurable value from digital banking solutions through consultative, data-driven engagements. You will partner closely with account teams and internal stakeholders to shape client strategies, connect platform capabilities to business outcomes, and support commercial growth. The position requires translating complex information into clear narratives that resonate with both executive and operational audiences.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $133,000 – $147,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Guide clients to measurable outcomes through value-based engagements
• Translate client goals into actionable platform recommendations
• Develop clear narratives linking platform capabilities to client needs
• Manage end-to-end engagements and deliver high-quality outputs
• Present insights through data-backed discussions and presentations
• Contribute to account strategy and commercial activities
• Collaborate with internal teams on client goals and success metrics

Qualifications

• 3-6 years in value consulting, customer success, or related SaaS roles
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Strong grasp of financial institution operations and digital banking
• Ability to convert complex data into actionable business insights
• Proven experience in client-facing presentations with stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills tailored to various audiences
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with teams
