Responsibilities:

• Partner with Account Executives on customer discovery and business impact assessments, translating objectives and pain points into a value-centric opportunity narrative.
• Lead value workshops, proof-of-concept planning, and technical demonstrations for executive sponsors, business process owners, and technical stakeholders.
• Partner with Professional Services to validate feasibility, implementation readiness, dependencies, scope, sequencing, and timelines.
• Support pre-implementation planning to embed value architecture and success measures into delivery.
• Create clear handoffs from opportunity to implementation and ongoing value management, ensuring Customer Value Advisors have the context needed to carry the value story forward.
• Bridge customer-validated outcomes and implementation, identifying misalignment early and helping Sales and Professional Services course-correct.
• Partner with Professional Services leadership on value realization planning, including adoption milestones and early usage patterns.
• Serve as a thought partner to Sales on complex opportunities requiring business-outcome alignment, competitive positioning, or stakeholder consensus.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Planview capabilities, market trends, customer use cases, implementation patterns, and value-delivery practices across portfolio management, enterprise agile, value stream management, enterprise architecture, and product management.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience with work and resource management platforms or related experience in enterprise agile, portfolio management, business process management, or organizational transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to engage C-level stakeholders on organizational capability, process maturity, and business transformation.
• Experience leading business impact assessments, value proposition development, proof-of-concept design, and technical demonstrations.
• Strong business acumen, including an understanding of finance, organizational change, and executive decision-making.
• Ability to translate between technical and business contexts, connecting architecture to strategic outcomes.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience partnering with implementation, services, and operational teams to turn customer outcomes into executable delivery plans.
• Previous Value Engineering or Solution Consulting experience is a bonus.
• Management consulting, business process improvement, or organizational effectiveness experience is a strong plus.
• Certification or demonstrated expertise in a relevant domain such as SAFe, portfolio management, value stream management, or organizational agility is a plus.
• Fluent English and German; additional languages are a plus.
