Role - Sr. Multimedia Developer ( Video - R&D Team)

Experience - 3 to 6 years

Location - Bangalore

• Design, develop, integrate, and optimize video and Android multimedia components for automotive Platforms
• Proficiency in C++ with multithreading, memory management, IPC, and performance tuning is expected.
• Work across complete Android multimedia/video stack from framework to low-level video interfaces. Exposure to any Gstreamer, FFmpeg, Openmax frameworks exposure.
• Experience in Android buffer management (BufferQueue, DMABUF) and V4L2 framework is required.
• Work on hardware accelerated video encoder/decoder pipelines
• Debug Android multimedia framework, codec, rendering, and buffer flow related issues
• Knowledge of video playback architecture, streaming pipelines, frame scheduling, and timestamp handling is needed.
• Familiarity with video formats such as H.264, H.265, VP9, and AV1 is preferred.
• Experience with debugging tools like logcat, systrace, perfetto, adb.
