Overview
The Sr. Visual Merchandiser, DTC leads the execution and elevation of Crocs’ global and regional visual merchandising strategies across Southeast Asia, with primary ownership for Singapore and Malaysia Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) retail.
This role is responsible for shaping consistent, consumer-first in-store experiences by translating brand direction into strong local execution while influencing store presentation, campaign storytelling, and commercial priorities. Working cross-functionally with Retail Operations, Marketing, and Merchandising, the Senior VM serves as a key partner in driving visually compelling, commercially productive, and brand-right environments. As a senior individual contributor, this role provides elevated ownership across day-to-day retail execution, seasonal initiatives, new store activity, and field coaching—helping ensure DTC environments remain agile, consistent, and aligned to both brand and business goals.
What You'll Do
Lead and uphold VM standards across DTC retail stores, ensuring strong, consistent, and elevated brand presentation
Own the translation of seasonal campaigns and commercial priorities into localized in-store visual direction and execution
Coach and guide store teams on VM standards, installation, and maintenance to build stronger executional capability in the field
Conduct regular store visits to assess execution quality, provide actionable feedback, and drive continuous improvement against brand and commercial expectations
Support implementation of product zoning, campaign storytelling, and visual refreshes aligned to key launches
Partner closely with cross-functional teams to influence retail activations, campaign execution, and store updates that support key business objectives
Support VM budget tracking, asset planning, and vendor coordination to ensure timely, cost-effective execution
Lead on-the-ground VM coordination for new store openings, renovations, and major in-store updates to ensure seamless execution
Support and help guide rollout of VM direction across selected multi-brand partners and regional markets, ensuring alignment to Crocs brand standards
Support training and communication of VM standards to external partners and stakeholders to strengthen consistency in execution
Contribute to seasonal VM materials and adaptation of assets for local relevance
Provide feedback and insights on store execution through photo reviews and reporting, identifying opportunities to improve visual impact and consistency
What You'll Bring to the Table
5+ years of experience in visual merchandising within retail, with strong preference for footwear, apparel, or lifestyle brands
Proven ability to lead in-store visual execution, campaign rollouts, product storytelling, and seasonal refreshes with a high standard of excellence
Strong understanding of retail operations, consumer experience, and commercial drivers within a DTC environment
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and store initiatives independently
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence store teams and partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
Hands-on, resourceful, and proactive, with the agility to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to evolving business needs
Willingness and flexibility to travel within the region as needed to support store execution, openings, and market priorities
