What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, or a related field
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in retail visual merchandising or store operations. preferably in beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry
• Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles, store layout planning, and planogram execution to deliver exceptional in-store experiences.
• Proven experience managing VM materials, installations, vendors, and end-to-end project execution within retail environments.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and highly organized, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven retail setting.
