Sr. Wealth Specialist

Roles and responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow revenue streams through cross-selling and upselling mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, MF, CFA products in the assigned Region.
• Wealth Product Expertise: In-depth knowledge of wealth distribution products, including Mutual Funds, Equity Broking, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Insurance, and Structured Products.
• Client Portfolio Advisory: Sound understanding of financial requirements across HNW (High-Net-Worth), mass affluent, and emerging affluent client segments.
• Regulatory & Market Acumen: Mastery of internal banking guidelines, SEBI/AMFI regulatory requirements, and NISM/EUIN compliance standards.
• Analytics & Performance Tracking: Ability to use data analytics to monitor input metrics, RM productivity, and business volume expansion
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead in the competition.

Job Requirements :

• 8-15 years of experience in financial services industry with expertise in mutual funds, portfolio management (PMS), alternative investment funds (AIF) & CFA certification.
• Strong understanding of NISM regulations related to securities markets.
